Victim Impact Panel

Victim Impact Panel

A Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is a community-based meeting for victims/witnesses to describe the experiences they or loved ones have endured due to the actions of drunken drivers.  Victim Impact Panels can help put a “human face” on the tragic consequences of impaired driving.

ARKANSAS DOES NOT ACCEPT ONLINE MOTHER’S AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING (MADD) CERTIFICATES OR OUT OF STATE CERTIFICATES FOR DRIVER’S LICENSE REINSTATEMENT.

Drug and Alcohol Safety Educational Program (DASEP) is providing victim impact panels for driver’s license reinstatement. Please contact the DASEP provider in your area for victim impact panel registration.
