Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the Arkansas Municipal Police Association license plate.

Arkansas Rice Council

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the Arkansas Rice Council license plate.

Arkansas School for the Deaf License Plate

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the collegiate license plate.

Arkansas Sheriffs’ Association

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the Arkansas Sheriffs' Association license plate

Arkansas State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police License Plate

For issuance of a Arkansas State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police plate, the application must present required form signed by authorized representative of Arkansas State Lodge Fraternal Order of Police verifying eligibility. The applicant must be at least joint owner of joint lessee of vehicle.

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the Department of Parks and Tourism license plate.

Arkansas State University License Plate

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the collegiate license plate.

Arkansas Tech University License Plate

Any motor vehicle owner may apply for the collegiate license plate.

Armed Forces Reserve License Plate

Must be Arkansas resident, active in the Reserve of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force or Coast Guard.

Armed Forces Retired License Plate

Must be Arkansas resident who is a retired member of the United States Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, or National Guard and Reserves.
