Human Capital Management (HCM)

The AASIS Human Capital Management (HCM) module contains position and employee records, Infotypes associated with six (6) human resource business functions currently in use on a statewide level. These business functions are also referred to as sub-modules.

State human resource staff enters and saves personnel related data using a variety of infotype records. These records help define such things as the State’s organizational structure, position and payroll data, employee benefits and other employee data.
