Airline Policy Highlights
- Reimbursement for out-of-state travel will be the lesser of coach class airfare or vehicle mileage.
- Travelers must fly coach class.
- Airlines tickets should be purchased at least 14 days in advance if possible.
- The State will only pay for one checked bag per flight. If there are any weight overage charges, employee is responsible for the difference in price.
